Azure Onyewu is a Clinical Research Coordinator Associate in the Department of Anesthesia, Perioperative, and Pain Medicine at the Stanford University School of Medicine. She attended Stanford University, where she studied Psychology and received a minor in Spanish. In the Groenewald and Rabbitts Labs, Azure supports research investigating the relationship between sleep, pain, psychological factors, and opioid use and is interested in the intersection of psychology and health to improve adolescent well-being. In the future, Azure plans to attend medical school and hopes to work with minority and underserved populations in medicine.
